Ramblings #6: quiet voice
Not much has been going on lately. MangAI v1.09 is running strong. I’ve been mostly vegging lately, working on my bedroom that has been a mess for far too long. Still thinking about my next iOS app and enjoying having an iPhone for the first time.
A new section has been added to bitcake called Articles. This will be a random collection of things I find interesting. The first article will be a writeup of my current health condition. It’s… really weird. If you like medical stuff, mysteries, strangeness, and/or falling, look forward to reading about “Earth Axis Syndrome” (I got to name it since it doesn’t have one :P).
An update to MangAI is coming that adds mobi output support. A MangAI user has tested mobi and found it to be the best comic format for Kindle Paperwhite. Since Amazon owns Mobipocket, I wouldn’t be suprised if other Kindle devices like mobi comics the best. The code is mostly done, but my dev laptop needs repairs so I’m not sure when the update will be out. I’ll continue coding and testing on a borrowed netbook.
My dev laptop is fixed and back in my hands. I’ve tested the new code on all platforms and it works great. Expect a MangAI update in a day or two.
I’ve also been working on the Earth Axis Syndrome article. Should be up within a week.
